About This Site

We've re-designed boundlessyoga.com for a couple of reasons that you might be interested in:

• Yoga is a life-long practice of integrating body and spirit. We live in a modern, commercial context and can't all spend our days doing yoga. So, to integrate the old and the new, we've moved to a membership model that encourages the idea that, as often as you like, you can come to Boundless and take classes and participate in our workshops.
• We're taking the change happening daily to heart. Back in March 2008, we began looking forward to the change that President Obama talked about, and we looked back to the change that Mahatma Ghandi put into action and Martin Luther King carried forward.
• Because our mission is, and always has been, to foster transformation, and because we believe that humanity's ability to transform is, in fact, boundless, we began using a shortened version of Ghandi's prescient quote: "be the change you want to see in the world."
