Hi awesome Boundless people!  Just giving a shout out about Naomi’s hand stand workshop this weekend at Boundless. I know Naomi and she’s a talented teacher who will help bring your inversion practice to a whole new level.  Plus, the more comfortable we are going upside as a community the more we’ll be able to enjoy this powerful practice in regular classes too!  There’s a certain magic to the Anusara method especially when it comes to hand stands so I hope you’all will come out to shine upside down this weekend!
