RYT-500 means the number of hours you accrue to be an Advanced Teacher registered with the Yoga Alliance. At Boundless, we call the RYT-200 and RYT-500 Programs Advanced Studies.
Basic Approach
You will get an RYT-500 Certificate from Boundless Yoga upon completion of a one-year Core Advanced Program plus one of the following programs:
- The nine-month Yoga Therapy Program
- A one-year Teaching Apprenticeship Program
Cost and Admissions
The total cost for an RYT 500 certification from Boundless is $5000. This amount must be paid across a one- to two-year period based on the time frame the student chooses for his or her training. Payments are made monthly or quarterly. The amount of these payments is based on the specific programs, less those programs’ deposits, that the student has chosen for the certification. Core Advanced is required for the Program (please see above), and students also join Yoga Therapy or Teaching Apprenticeship to supplement this Core work.
