Overview

The Boundless Immersion Program offers a gateway to a deeper physical practice, an expanded knowledge of yoga philosophy, and a great awakening to yoga’s transformative power.
The program is a 35-hour intensive that serves as a bridge for those who are seeking to take their practice to the next level. It is also designed for aspiring teachers as a precursor to the RYT 200 Teacher Training Program.
RYT-200 prerequisite
As an in-depth exploration of your yoga practice, the Immersion Program is also a prerequisite for Boundless’ Advanced Studies (RYT 200) program. You must take either the May or the September Program to enroll in our October 2013 program.
Immersion workshops
A cornerstone of the Program, the Immersion Workshops are held every Saturday from 2-4 pm and cultivate a safe and supportive environment in which to advance your practice. Our dynamic Senior Teachers Kim Weeks, James Foulkes, Winnie Au, Elissa Margolin and Scott Stroud, help you experiment with poses that you may have hesitated to try or have always wanted to move deeper into.
Schedule
The Immersion Program is a deep five weeks! You are committing to four Friday nights and four Saturday afternoons. Friday evenings are organized around discussion topics and practices to broaden the subtler side of your yoga practice. In addition to the Immersion Workshops, Saturdays are devoted to principles of anatomy and alignment that bring precision to your practice.

Support Structure
We believe enthusiastically that the Immersion Program has transformative power. We also believe you need the support to see the changes through. That’s why you will be linked in the program with an RYT-5o0 mentor, someone you can check in with during the monthlong progam to bounce ideas off of, ask questions you feel silly asking in class, and to lean generally on someone who has been at the same place you will be in your practice during the program.
