Kim is available Tuesday-Friday 11 am-5 pm for one-hour private yoga lessons. Her clients experience a variety of challenges and and desires in their yoga practice.
Weekly sessions with Kim heal injuries and discomfort sustained through years of athleticism, and they offer a holistic approach to the concept of cross-training. For those experiencing the standard aches and pains of aging, Kim’s weekly sessions keep the body feeling fresh, strong, and stretched.
Some clients also see Kim to establish a steadiness and ease that balances the stresses of their daily life. Washington is a fast-moving, high-stress town, and Kim’s approach to yoga as a former Wall Street executive offers specific, well-informed tools for rediscovering the breath, body, and mind amidst the demands of our fast-paced lives here.

rates and time commitment
