The One-Pose-At-a-Time Program

What Is It?

Imagine that you could go to any yoga class, anywhere, and know the basics of the poses you did in that class — without confusion and with clarity. Or that you could attend just one class that finally answered the questions bugging you about certain poses!

Boundless Yoga has designed the One-Pose-At-a-Time Program for you! At 215 pm every Sunday, we offer a 1.5 hour class that details only one pose (find a list of upcoming poses below).

Sound really simple? It is. But at Boundless Yoga, we see shapes everywhere — so a class on one pose will actually have lots of other poses (and even half- or partial-poses) that teach you the best information you can find anywhere on how, actually to “do” the pose you’re learning about.

When Is It?

For now, Sundays 215-3:45 pm (starting September 20). As the program expands, we expect to offer the class at other times of the week.

How Much Is It?

This may be the best part. Drop in for only $10 a class, or pay only $90 for a 10-week session (no makeups). These prices are a huge discount off of Boundless’s regularly priced classes, and as little as you’ll pay anywhere for a yoga class. And for that cost, you get superior instruction and information!

Are These Classes Right for Me?

No matter what kind of yoga student you are, it probably is! We’ve designed each session and class for:

  • Beginning students looking for an accessible vehicle for learning the basic yoga postures, one pose at a time
  • Intermediate students interested in reviewing the fundamentals of individual poses
  • Vinyasa lovers interested in learning safe and effective ways of performing each pose outside of a flow sequence
  • Students who struggle with particular poses and want to target those poses specifically

Each Week Contains What Again?

  • A comprehensive understanding of the fundamental alignment principles of that week’s pose
  • Information on how to use other basic and preparatory poses to more effectively get into, maintain, and release that pose
  • Information and demonstrations on how more advanced poses will benefit as a result of regular practice of this pose

Spring Schedule

The schedule is February 21-April 25 with classes each Sunday at 2:15 p.  Following is the syllabus until April 25.
