semi-private yoga at boundless differs from our other classes in one main way: they are 6 or 10-week sessions designed to take you through a systematic way of learning yoga. The teacher builds on concepts from week to week allowing students to organically integrate what they learn. when you sign up for a semi-private class at boundless, you are committing to your practice in a variety of ways.

first, you guarantee yourself a place in a room that isn’t overcrowded with people you don’t know. second, you make a weekly date with yourself to explore your body, breath, and mind. and finally, with boundless’s highly-qualified semi-private instructors, led by founder and instructor kim weeks, you deepen your practice faster and more meaningfully.

    Fewer students means more attentive instruction and less intimidating group dynamics. Classes are limited to 10 students. Sessions are $120 for the 6-week intro to yoga series and $220 for kim’s 10-week semi-private. Schedule for spring:
