a boundless instructor will talk to you before the event to discuss your experience with yoga, what injuries, if any, you and your group have, and what particular conditions and/or parts of the body you might like to address specifically (tense shoulders, lower back pain, anxiety attacks, asthma, tight hips, strained muscles, etc).
