This asana based workshop will work with the ever-present “core” as well as what the core isn’t. Then moving on to how using the core applies to Crow pose and Chaturanga. Then we’ll move from proper alignment to investigating how your core, crow pose, and chaturanga all contribute to a “body knowledge” of other poses as well.
