for teachers and teacher trainees. spend time building community with teachers and trainees both in and outside the boundless community. learn the boundless approach to teaching beginning-level students. as with teaching the basics of discipline, beginning-level teachers often struggle with many aspects of the beginner yoga class: how much or how little information to convey, how to teach the fundamentals of intermediate poses (to keep advanced-beginners challenged) without losing the total newbies, and how to keep students engaged in the process of the yoga, an orientation of the mind rather than a goal to accomplish.
in 2008, boundless will teach four two-hour workshops, required for boundless yoga teachers, that explore the mechanics of teaching a good yoga class. you must either be a yoga teacher, or in training to become one, to take this workshop.
