a boundless testimonial

I am what you might call an A-type personality: always on the go, ambitious, organized. Thus I always thought of yoga as something that was totally contrary to my lifestyle; I’d rather spend my time running. But I wandered into Boundless Yoga on a whim after passing by a few times and it has offered me a fresh perspective on my life. I have gained flexibility and strength and have been able to push my body to places that I never thought possible. I have more awareness of my physical and mental states both inside and out of the yoga studio. I can identify my thoughts, feelings, and physical issues with more accuracy and clarity.

The hour and a half that I am in the studio is my own time, free from outside distractions. The asanas force me to concentrate on the present rather than on whatever might be happening next. And when I leave, I retain the ability to calm myself down when I feel stressed or upset.

In short, Boundless has changed the way I wake up each morning and face the day. The best part about Boundless, though, is that it is a community in which both teachers and students struggle and achieve together.
