this is a review we received not long ago from a student at boundless. as much as my words describing the types of classes may help, the following is a firsthand experience that provides another perspective!
“I have been a yogi for about ten years now, on the east and west coasts, and Boundless is unlike any other studio I’ve been to. There is a real sense of community to the place. It feels less commercially-driven and less body-focused than most yoga studios, but the teachers are all top-notch, with amazing knowledge of the body, and an open-hearted curiosity about the role of mind and spirit as they shape our yoga practice. What I may love most about Boundless, in fact, is the way Kim and the other instructors help their students see yoga as a kind of research, as a path to knowledge about the self and the world. In a way, I think of Boundless as a kind of research center, bringing together seeking souls in a Compassion Project to work on the question, what would a yogic world look like? And it’s right in the middle of busy U Street! It’s my favorite place in Washington.”
